Tomb of Hafez a great Persian poet

In this tour you will stroll in beautiful gardens of Shiraz which have been inspiring famous poets. You would see and enjoy these inspiring elements such as flowers, nightingales, fountains and trees.Then you visit the tombs of the most famous poets and see the crowd of poetry lovers and recognize the importance of poetry in Iranians’ life. You would also study the impact of Persian poetry on Persian classical music.

 

Itinerary:

Drive to the world heritage Eram garden,Jahan Nama garden then head to Hafez tomb and enjoy listening to a Ghazal, continue to Sa’adi tomb and visit also Shurideh Shirazi tomb and finally  go to another impressive garden named Delgosha.

This walking tour is designed to get familiar with the history of Shiraz as the capital of Zand era in 1700.
Itinerary:

Drive to Zandieh Complex to see Karimkhan Citadel, Vakil Bazaar and Saray-e-Moshir,  Vakil Mosque,Vakil Bath used as an anthropology museum and Nazar Garden with the amazing paintings, the antique objects and Karimkhan Tomb inside the pavilion.

Karimkhan Citadel.Walk to Nazar Garden to see , then visit Vakil Mosque, Vakil Bath , continue to . Drive back to Hotel.

Itinerary:

Today you will visit Shah-e-Cheragh Shrine, Jame’ Atiqe Mosque,Nasir-al-Mulk Mosque,Naranjestan Palace, Zinat al-Molook House and Museum and Ali-ebne-Hamze Shrine. Drive back to the hotel.

 

Ali-ebne-Hamze Shrine:The heaven for believers seeking tranquility with the fairy tale tile work.

Shah Cheragh Shrine: The third highly respected holy shrine in Iran.

Nasir Al-mulk: A Qajar time cozy mosque with its dazzling seven color tiles showing off the unusual pink. The morning light makes astonishing reflection on carpets, passing through the colorful glasses.

Naranjestan: The 17th century luxury house with superb mirror work, painting and wood work. It has a beautiful tranquil garden with many fountains in the middle.

Zinat-al-molook: The unique house of the famous Qavam family built in the late 18th century. The house enjoys beautiful seven color tiles, superb mirror work and two peaceful gardens.

Jame’ Atiqe Mosque: This antique mosque, the first Islamic core with social and political function in Shiraz, is more than 1200 years old. People believe Jesus with two angles has descended here.

To fully comprehend the glory of ancient Persia in Achaemenian era we suggest you a full day tour including visiting Persepolis, Necropolis and Pasargad registered as world heritages.

 

Itinerary:

Drive from Shiraz to Persepolis for about 1hour to isit Persepolis for about 2 hours, head for Necropolis which takes around 10 minutes to explore Necropolis around 1hour. Continue to Naghsh-e-Rajab for a few minutes and isit Naghsh-e-Rajab.Have lunch in a restaurant or traditional eco resort. Drive to Pasargad for about 1hour to explore it for 1hour. Drive back to Shiraz which takes 2 hours.

 

Persepolis: A massive sophisticated stone structure, built by Drius in 518 B.C. as the ceremonial capital of Persian Empire.

Necropolis: Impressive hand cut burial caves of Persian legendary kings.

Pasargade: The tomb of legendary Cyrus, and ruins of his palaces.

Naghsh-e-Rajab: The ruins of an archaeological site located in 5 km north of Persepolis dating back to Achaemenian dynasty.

These two sites rank as highlights of Iran. Tours to these destinations are operated daily. Every morning at 8 o’clock drive from Shiraz to Persepolis for about an hour.

 

Itinerary:

Explore Persepolis for about two hours. Drive to Necropolis which takes 10minutes and visit Necropolis about an hour. Drive back to Shiraz.
