Discover a diverse culinary culture throughout the country because of different climates, a wide range of fruits, vegetables, herbs and an ancient history. Adore the Persian cuisine cooked at home and served with Iranian bread and also a variety of sweets that you are going to see how they make them visiting their workshops and lots of historical places. Day 1: Arriving Tehran, visiting Tehran
Visit the Archaeological Museum, National Jewels Museum and Golestan Palace museum and traditional bazaar, then transfer to the airport to fly to Shiraz(about an hour flight).Overnight Shiraz.
Day 02: Shiraz
In the morning visit Nasirol-Molk mosque and Narenjestan Garden & museum, the traditional bakery of “Sangak and Barbari”, Noodle workshop of “Faloude” (a desert that consists of starch, rosewater, sugar), and your evening will be allocated to your culinary experience. For today’s dinner you will be presented how to cook Iranian cuisine called KalamPolo, okra stew (Khoreshte Bamiye) as main courses, traditional Iranian beverage (Sharbat) as starter, and Ranginak (Date and walnuts) as dessert. Day 3: Shiraz
In the morning you will visit Eram garden, tomb of Hafez and Saadi, shrine of Aliebn hamze, then in the afternoon visit Vakil complex (Bazaar, Citadel and Bath). Overnight Shiraz
Day 4: Zeinodin
Drive to Zeinodin, en-route visit the word heritages of Persepolis and Naghsh-e-Rostam (Necropolis) and Abarkooh ice house and an old Cypress tree, and for dinner you will have Iranian dishes. Overnight Zeinodin
Day 5: Yazd
Drive to Yazd to visit the Zoroastrian Towers of Silence, and the Fire Temple, Henna pounding workshop, then go to visit traditional bakery and crisped bakery and in the evening to an Iranian traditional gym. Overnight Yazd.
Day 6: Yazd
Visit Amirchakhmaq square, Dowlat Abad garden, Jame Mosque and the old town and in the evening you will have your dinner with a Yazdi family cooking an Iranian cuisine called gheimeh Yazdi stew, Fesenjan stew and rice. Overnight Yazd.
Day 7: Isfahan
Drive to Isfahan while visiting “Arde” (sesame paste) workshop in Ardekan, and old cloak weaving workshops in Naien, and the famous historical bridges of Isfahan. Overnight Isfahan.
Day 8: Isfahan
Early in the morning you will see the traditional Isfahanian breakfast shop (Depending on season: “Halim and Adas”,” Aash”,” Fereni”, “Samanoo”), then visit the UNESCO World Heritage of Royal (Naghshe Jahan) Square: the second biggest square in the world including (Ali Qapu Palace, Imam Mosque, Sheikh-Lotfollah Mosque, Bazaar) and Chehel sotun palace (40 pillars) and hasht behesht garden and palace. Then for experience Iranian traditional beverages you will have a rest in a SHARBAR SARA. Overnight Isfahan.
Day 9: Isfahan
Visit the Friday Mosque, Armenian cathedral (Vank Church) and go to visit “Gaz” and “Sohan” “Poolaki”, manufactory (Isfahan souvenirs). Overnight Isfahan.
Day 10: Abyaneh –Kashan
Drive to Kashan, on the way visit Abyaneh as one of the oldest villages in Iran and meet its people who still speak Old Persian and wear beautiful costumes, for today’s dinner you will be presented how to cook an Iranian cuisine called “Shefte somagh”. Then you will have the Persian dinner you have cooked . Overnight Kashan
Day 11: Kashan-Tehran
Visit Fin Garden, historical houses of Tabatabaie and Broojerdi, Stone mill which is used for grinding spices, cinnamon stick, turmeric, peppercorn in the traditional bazaar, sweet shops making Baqlava and cookies, Rose water extraction places to see how rose water, rose perfume etc. are produce, then drive to Tehran. Overnight Tehran.
Day 12: Tehran-Airport
Visiting Darband, Imamzade Saleh and Tajrish traditional bazaar in bazaar and Transfer to IKA international airport.
