Day 1: Arrival Shiraz
City tour of Shiraz to visit world heritage Eram Garden, Nasiro- Molk Mosque (pink mosque), Narenjestan palace and museum, tomb of great Persian poet Hafez , then in the afternoon visit Vakil complex (Bazaar, Citadel and Bath) and the Shrine of Shah-Cheragh. O/N Shiraz
Day 2: Shiraz-Persepolis-Pasargad
An excursion to world heritages of Persepolis, Pasargad and Naghsh-e-Rostam (Necropolis) the rock reliefs and tombs of four of the Achemenid kings. O/N Shiraz
Day 3: Shiraz- Sepidan- Homayjan
Transfer from Shiraz to Homayjan village via Sepidan almost 2 hours, Pick up your proper Persian horses, Dareshori, and start horseback riding around 2-3 hours to get familiar with your horses.(At Evening your horses load to Komehr where is your second day of adventure start). O/N Homayjan, Camp/ Tent
Day 4: Homayjan- Komehr- Siv Khalaj
Drive about 1 hour to Komehr village. Ride your horses to Qashqai nomad territories , ride almost 3 hours get to Siv khalaj, to stay with nomads. O/N Siv Khalaj. Camp near Nomad/ Tent
Day 5: Sib Khalaj- Gerdo Taj- Saron- Siv Khalaj
Ride in to nature around, almost 5 hours through not lash forest of Bane trees then get to green plain of Saron , come back to Nomadic area of Siv Khalaj to spend one more night with them. O/N Siv Khalaj. Camp/Tent
Day 6: Sive Khalaj- Espion- Kore River
Say good bye to hospitable Nomads and start your day by 5 hours riding towards Espion village and keep riding to the beautiful river of Kor. Best part of riding for both you and your fantastic horses. Cool down the horses and get ready to set the camp beside a nice river. O/N Kore River, camp /tent
Day 7: Kore River- Jamal Beig -Kore River
In the morning saddle up again and keep riding thorough dunes, after 5 hours go back to camp, O/N Kore River, Camp/Tent
Day 8: Kore River- Tol Zari -Espion- Yasuj-Esfahan
About 3 hours riding will be your last moment of your unique experience in this trip, preparation to hit the road, have lunch in the local house in village of Espion, loading the horses and end of horseback riding tour. Heading to Esfahan via Yasuj. O/N Esfahan
Day 9: Esfahan
Visit the UNESCO’s World Heritage Sites of Naghshe Jahan Square: the second biggest square in the world including (Ali Qapu Palace, Imam/Royal Mosque, Sheikh-Lotfollah Mosque, and Bazaar) and then visit Chehel sotoun palace and garden and hasht behesht garden, and historical bridges of Si-o-Se Pole (33 bridges) and Khajoo. O/N Esfahan
Day 10: Esfahan-Abyaneh-Kashan
After visiting Abyaneh village (with its intact architecture, old houses and wooden doors and meeting people with traditional and colorful costumes), then drive to Kashan.
go to Kashan to see Fin Garden, Agha Bozorg Mosque & School and historical houses of Tabatabaie and Broojerdi.
Day 11: Kashan- Tehran
In Kashan visit UNESCO World Heritage Fin garden, historical houses of Brojerdiha and Tabatabayeeha then drive to Tehran. O/N Tehran
Day 12: Tehran-IKA International Airport
visit the Archeological Museum, National Jewels Museum and world heritage Golestan palace and traditional bazaar.
You will be Transferred to Tehran Intl. IKA airport for your return flight.
In our horse-back riding trips, all accommodations are camp based, including portable tents
The duration of horse-back riding can be available about 3-6 hours a day, depending on the terrains, rider skill & different paces of walk, trot or canter.
This Itinerary is a basic trip program, changing in in each special season. Please reading the itinerary & taking the idea of your trip, be flexible with the unexpected changes, made for your comforts to be met.
Intermediate, Strong Intermediate, & advanced riders are eligible to participate in this Tour.
Intermediate: has a firm seat, confident & in control at all paces (including trotting, cantering & galloping), but not ride regularly.
Strong Intermediate: As a current rider & comfortable in the saddle for long hours, as well as abovementioned issues, s/he rides regularly.
Advanced: As well as the above points, & seat independency, plus soft handedness, s/he is capable of handling a spirited horse in open country.
